Adrian Mahoni, a promising graduate from the class of 2021, is making waves at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) as he pursues a Bachelor of Commerce. Adrian's journey from Dilworth School to his current academic pursuit is a testament to his dedication and passion for accounting.

During his time at Dilworth, Adrian excelled in accounting, laying a strong foundation for his future academic and professional endeavours. This success inspired him to enrol in a commerce degree, where he is now specializing in accounting and finance. Adrian's goal is to become a financial advisor, leveraging his expertise to help others manage their financial affairs and improve their overall well-being.

Adrian's commitment to his field is further demonstrated through his summer internship at the Dilworth Trust Board office. This experience has allowed him to develop valuable skills and gain practical knowledge, setting him on a path towards success in the financial industry.

Adrian's hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. He has received an Ella Burford award at this year’s prize giving, an accolade which will ease his financial burden by contributing towards his student loan. This support will not only benefit Adrian but also enable him to further assist his own family.

As Adrian continues to excel in his studies and pursue his passion for accounting and finance, Dilworth School is proud to celebrate his achievements and looks forward to witnessing his future successes in the financial industry.
